A list of tasks doesn’t show dependencies. It doesn’t tell you what should happen first, which decision is blocking something else or whether completing every item will actually solve the original problem.
That’s why I start with the outcome: What isn’t working now? What needs to be different? What does finished look like? Then we build the work around that.
Some projects need me physically there organising, unpacking, sorting and setting things up. Others need planning, sourcing, supplier coordination and somebody keeping track of the moving parts. Often they need both.
